Unexpected direction
Include the latitude and longitude, the bearing shown, the direction you expected, and the trusted source you compared it against. Please do not send a precise home address when approximate coordinates will do.
Technical problem
Include the device, operating system, browser and version, what you pressed, what happened, and any visible error message. A screenshot is useful when it contains no private information.
Accessibility
Tell us which keyboard, browser, screen reader, zoom level, or motion setting you use and where the page became difficult. Specific steps are more useful than a general score.
Privacy or legal request
Use a clear subject such as "Privacy request" or "Terms question." Send the message from the relevant email address if the request concerns a previous conversation.
Before sending sensitive information
Email is not a secure vault. Do not send passwords, private keys, financial records, identity documents, or private information that is not necessary to explain the issue. Qibla Finder never needs your account password because the site has no user accounts.
For a security report, describe the affected page, the observed behaviour, its likely impact, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other people's information, disrupt the service, or publish a vulnerability before there has been a reasonable opportunity to review it.
What we cannot provide
We can explain how the tool calculates its result and investigate technical issues. We cannot issue religious rulings, certify a building's prayer direction, provide emergency navigation, or resolve local differences of practice. For those questions, consult an appropriate local scholar, mosque, surveyor, or navigation professional.
